One should never drill when in a hurry is my new mantra!! Its been about 10 days now and I finally have use of my left hand back but OMG it was an ouchy.....  This was taken after I got the stitches out - it was a mess!!! While drilling a calf piece the bit (3/8 sized) pierced through the side and into my finger and palm, a panicked one-handed drive to the medical centre and several stitches later and I was bandaged from finger tip to wrist. It certainly threw the brakes on everything but fortunately I was on schedule so a small delay wasnt going to create too much havoc! |
